Narai “b” - Kinmon Nishiki Rice (48% Rice Milling Ratio) – 14% Alcohol Made using Kinmon Nishiki – a rare rice variety bred from Yamada Nishiki and only produced in a very small part of Nagano.

This sake presents a cotton candy note, with a toasty aroma of biscuits, this sake offers a slightly sweet caramel-like after taste heightened by its fine water quality and acidity. As you indulge, the essence of brown rice unfolds, providing a satisfying fullness.
