Narai “a” - Kinmon Nishiki Rice (34% Rice Milling Ratio) – 14% Alcohol Made using Kinmon Nishiki – a rare rice variety bred from Yamada Nishiki and only produced in a very small part of Nagano. This sake presents a subtly cotton candy note that contrasts with a sweet basil-like aroma, offering a lighter-than-anticipated taste heightened by its fine quality and acidity.
